Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging content for all marketing initiatives, including CRM communications
Social Media Ads, Google Search & Display Ads etc.
Analysing content performance regularly and optimizing content to improve the performance of critical metrics
Closely work on the marketing calendar and support with content strategy
Write blogs, website and email content, merchant communication and product communication Scripting and storyboarding of product and brand videos
Handling and coordinating with content and design agencies
A clear understanding of different formats and platforms and should be able to create compelling, platform-specific content creator.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of relevant content writing experience, especially in marketing communication Understanding of CRM journeys and writing Digital Marketing content.
Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, communications, journalism, or related discipline will be preferred (Not mandatory)
Must have agency or content marketing experience

Understanding of branding, design and aesthetics
A strong portfolio of content across formats and platforms - like video, podcasts, social media, long-form, short form, taglines/one-liners
Familiarity with the latest content, social media trends, consumer trends and advancements in technology

Roles and Responsibilities:

Define requirements, visualize and create graphics including illustrations, videos, logos, layouts and photos
Study design briefs and determine requirements as per the client projects and for different industries
Define prototypes and mood boards for new product development
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and prepare rough drafts
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using design software
Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic as per the requirements of the client.
Ideate on trending themes and create graphics related to the audience

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
2-5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic designer and a strong portfolio of related projects.
Working knowledge with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Premier, After Effect, Adobe XD)
Attentive, Creative, Out-of-Box Thinker, Active listener.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate the ideas, designs & suggestions

Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across different platforms.
Expert in Google ads/PPC
Social media ads experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Social media Handling (General posting and managing profile)
Collaborate with Account Directors, Content Marketers, Designers, and SEO Specialists to build comprehensive marketing strategies.
Conduct in-depth research to find the ideal keywords and/or audiences to target.
A/B testing platforms, ad types, audiences, creative and ad copy to find the best performing variations

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills are written and verbal
2+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing Digital campaigns.
Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn Advertising, etc).
Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics.

Ongoing campaign management against metrics, targets, and ROI goals.

Any Bachelor's degree (Master degree not eligible)
